GRAPHICS DESIGNER
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mid-Level Graphic Designer based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality creative work while managing multiple projects and collaborating closely with the design and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing graphics, logos, branding, and marketing materials
- Producing designs for both print and digital platforms
- Interpreting client briefs and translating them into effective visual solutions
- Selecting appropriate typography, layouts, and colour schemes
- Ensuring brand consistency across all projects
- Managing deadlines and prioritising workload effectively
- Contributing creative ideas and supporting junior team members when required
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, print, and digital design work
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in print production and artwork preparation is an advantage

SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Administrator based in Birmingham. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Preparing quotes, processing orders, and issuing invoices
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records
- Coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery
- Following up on orders and assisting with after-sales support
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a sales administration or office support role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a printing, design, or creative environment is an advantage
